NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

From the day that I placed the order it took around 2 months or a month and a half for it to come, but when I emailed them they replied quickly and happily and though it took a long time I think it was worth the wait.

I got 2 paint by number pictures from them. One of them is 100%. The other one had a few dried up, gooey paints in it and mixed up colors (So the girl on my picture has red skin 😀 ) too so I have contacted the customer service and they are sending me a new one instead. So they were helpful and I am waiting for it now. Oh and yes delivery does take for ages but it is worth it so be patient.

Would definitely recommend! Obviously with the current situation it took a little longer to arrive but that was expected. Great quality paints and very enjoyable. Also the staff were very helpful. I lost my reference paper and they were able to send me one via email very quickly.

I was skeptical like everyone else. I ordered my kit on March 3rd and didn’t receive mine until May 29th. I understand shipping taking forever during the current situation, but there should be a warning when you buy alerting to the amount of time. I am very pleased with my kit. The image looks great, however a few of the colors came dryer/stickier than others so they ran out. Company has stayed in communication with me through out the whole process.

I had a good customer service. Unfortunately my order was lost becouse of something happen with the delivery company and Numeral Paiting refund me my money. I am so sad for not received my painting but I appreciate their honesty and service. Carolina

It did take a while but canvases arrived safely! I hadn’t read any reviews until I was about to post this. We live in the UK and didn’t check where I was ordering from before placing order. Found it was a US business. But this Site had all the canvas designs that my three daughters wanted so made sense. I agree I then didn’t hear anything for ages. So I chased Customer Services and they Came back to me quickly (within a day) and explained that due to Covid it is taking much longer than anticipated. I said I felt they should be communicating this better to their customers and they came back and gave me estimates timelines. I literally sent another email to chase yesterday And the next day the parcel arrived. From China. Often when we have ordered stuff which comes from China rather than a UK warehouse it takes a few weeks and I assume that with the global pandemic this has delayed stuff further. The canvases arrived in pretty good condition but I did have to iron some creases out. I would have preferred them to have come in a tube for protection. But they are fine and the girls - all teenagers - are enjoying them. The Customer Service team was helpful and friendly throughout. I would use the company again but don’t order anything in a rush! But the price was really competitive and you get what you pay for. And the price was still reasonable even with the delay. Keeping the girls happily occupied during lockdown.

I thoroughly enjoyed painting this piece. This was my first paint by numbers, and I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. I would recommend going dark to light, or light to dark, but stick with the pattern. It took me about 45ish hours to finish this. I picked up the pace closer to the end, but I was getting the hang of the brushes by then. Like I said this is my first painting so for those who are more experienced I'm sure it won't take as long. I stretched the canvas before I started, and I think that helped a lot. The paint is in good quality but for what you're paying I wouldn't expect it. I try to keep it covered if I wasn't using it otherwise it seemed to get rather thick and dry out some. I would add a little bit of water in it would go right back to being normal. I would recommend this if you enjoy doing paint-by-numbers or if it's your first time, it's definitely worth it. I asked the customer support for guidance and they were very helpful. I would recommend numeralpaint ofc!!

Overall im all satisfied. There was enough paint for every color, i’ve read reviews of other paint by numbers that end up running out. I took off one star because shipping takes 29 days for me to receive my order. I contact them and they explained for me the situation since the processing time is 5-10 days. Very worth the cost!
