I ordered a pbn on December 1, 2020. It was shipped on December 8, 2020. As of this writing it has been in transit for 34 days. I have emailed the company multiple times as to why it has been in Seattle, WA where I live, since Jan. 8, 2021 but not delivered. I get the same emailed reply telling me to contact again in 2 to 8 days. Very disappointed in the service and would not recommend to anyone.

The product is not as described, at all. The images on the site do not reflect the actual painting. We ordered the Wizard of Oz one and only Dorothy had eyes. There is supposed to be a colorful munchkin village, rainbow, and hot air balloon in the background, and in the paint by number, the rainbow and town don't exist, and it's all marked as shades of gray. In fact, over a third of the painting is in shades of gray. Ordered Nov 30, and received Jan 16. Very slow shipping. Rolled up canvas very wrinkly on arrival in a normal shipping bag, not every a poster tube.

My order took over a month to come in, with stalled shipping notifications, however they're pretty direct in their FAQ section about this. Ultimately the canvas was quite thin but the paints/brushes themselves adequate. however the coloring is off (a picture of my nephew painted into blue and grey and brown tones) and while I understand it's a style, its so far from the picture that it's unsightly. Not to mention I ran out of certain colors because they provide equal weight of each color regardless of the quantity of the color needed for the canvas. Pretty simple programming. The biggest issue is they send a VERY cheap frame and "hanging kit" with no instructions whatsoever. the Frame when assembled is over 1" too short for the canvas and will cut off the perimeter that is painted. Seeing as it is a "custom order" there's no reason that the frame should be too small or come with out some kind of direction. Overall, would seek out a different company next time.

I ordered the Zelda paint by numbers which had an image clearly shown on their website. I received my order about 3 weeks after I ordered it and opened it to find that the image was very compressed compared to the image on their website and on their color guide. Emailed them to return the product (hopefully with them paying return shipping because I feel like the product was mispresented) and got this reply: "Thanks for reaching out to us about this. Just to let you know, 40x50is our standard size for all the images on the website, and the image is just an approximation for the final result, nothing else. Stay safe!" I asked them if they were denying the return and am now waiting to hear back. Unreliable. Update: Got a return address in China. Will cost more to ship the package back to China than the original cost of the order.

Product arrived more than a month after I ordered. Apparently shipped from China. Very cheap product. The numeral painting is not the usual 1/8" thick board you receive with other paint kits but a thin sheet of rolled up canvas. I would not order from this company.

This order has still not arrived and it has been more than 30 days! After consistent communication, I finally requested a refund and was told that a full refund would not be possible, and they offered a 30% refund (for an item that I never received!) Impossible to track the shipping as there is no contact information on the shipping updates. Unacceptable customer service, and I will not purchase from this site again.

Never received the 4 pictures I ordered for 115.25 yet I was charged for them. Order shows received yet I only received a set of paint brushes that I paid extra for in a separate order. There own Website states my order is on hold yet they informed the credit card company it was delivered- what a scam. buyers beware. They are not ethical.

Only can give 1 star unfortunately, Received an item badly damaged apparently customs fault, refused to give refund unless I send it back, in the same email they stated ‘if it’s lost in post it’s on me’ Not a great feeling that they would ever receive it, I opened a dispute with the bank and today received this “We have noticed that you have posted a bad review of our product and also opened a dispute and just to let you know that our department was going to send you a new canvas however we had to stop processing it unless you remove your review.” Maybe give customer service and you won’t have to blackmail them, avoid at all costs
