I'm sorry to say that, but I came here before as frustrated as you all are, because I had a bad experience with another 2 websites and they didn't even answer my emails. I made contact with this company, at least they're honest and they gave attention to me! And they said that the delays are global because of the covid-19, I checked with a friend of mine working in the airport he said it's true. And I realized that the bad reviews were since the pandemic and this is is unamerican So instead of being okey with our frustration and letting more our economy and country dive, let's support all the economy and be contributors. Just a point of view, because they may have contaminations during theire work now or something else. People who have to work now, will understand what I mean. Long live america

I choose this company over the others during these times. Why? because they provide lot of paintings and the quality of their product is very good! I see people here complaining about customer support. In my experience, they reply within 48hours which is good for me regarding to what is happening in the world right now.

I ordered 2 custom in early April and expected a long wait given the current situation. At the end of April I read some reviews and began to worry. I contacted the company by email, requesting to cancel because of doubts on quality. They advised the product was ready to ship and assured me there wouldnt be any issues. I was sent tracking details later that day. The kits arrived yesterday and they are fantastic....! Thank you numeralpaint

Had teenage daughter in panic 2 days ago when no order received when placed in early April with comments on this site that website had disappeared and a total scam. She had also been unable to locate the item with the tracking number provided. Managed to do some detective work and contacted them via other means. Almost immediate reply with an apology and explanation that they had been overrun with orders. They had pulled the site temporarily but planned to post an explanation on page which I now see has been done. The tracking number that had initially been given they also apologised for as was incorrect and sent link to new confirming that it had arrived in Heathrow. Checked link again this morning advising it was collected by courier that day and in fact has just been delivered by Royal Mail this morning. So can’t actually fault their customer service. They were so apologetic and polite. They’re obviously under a lot of pressure as a small business and with COVID and shipping from the Far East explaining the delays. I can imagine they didn’t predict the increase in orders due to people looking for alternative activities in lockdown either. Really hoping you all receive your items soon. Updated 26th May 2020: Received a couple of weeks ago. Daughter completed and showed us today. Absolutely amazing. Very pleased and well worth the wait. Thank you Numeral Paint!

I am a client of this company from August last year, everything works for me, last days I was checking their fb group and found people complaining about late replies! I just want to inform that during these times everything is going crazy because of the pandemic, give them time, they will give you the best solution! Btw, I spent almost $500 with these guys and I will spend more because their prices are much more less than others, even like $15 less from others sometiimes
