Wow....I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews as we've had nothing but positive experiences with NumeralPaint.com. Yes, our first order took about 2 months to arrive but we are dealing with a global pandemic AND the paintings are coming from overseas. The kit we received was high quality, and the almost finished product is looking great. We have ordered two more paintings as we were so happy with the first. Their customer service is top notch. I ALWAYS receive a reply within 24 hours and have always gotten resolution to my questions/issues (such as the time I submitted an order twice). I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

To the people who say the good reviews are not done by people, you are wrong!! I am giving this company 5 stars for their customer service. Yes, it took a long time to get here, longer that I had hoped, but we are dealing with a global pandemic folks! There are bound to be delays. When I became concerned where my order was, I emailed customer service and heard back from them in short order. They checked the status of my order and sent a screen shot of the tracking information. It said my package would be delivered the next day. It was! The canvas was wrinkled, so I wrote them an email and they explained customs opens everything and doesn't wrap it back up very carefully. They told me in great detail how to iron it to get the wrinkles out. Not a big deal. I appreciate the customer service and wonder if some of you were rude and deserved the treatment you got.

It made me so cross to read all the negative reviews This is NOT a scam and I find that a very offensive verdict about a company that is doing their best in a very difficult year for all businesses Their products are fabulous and I can speak from experience as I have done many of their paintings over the past few years. I ordered 4 in March and I was given to understand there would be a delay on account of Covid19. I have received them all The last one came today I had an issue to resolve with them as in the package last week there was a wrong picture I immediately contacted them and they assured me they would send the correct painting and I could keep the wrong one Very fair I got an email today from them today saying the other one has been dispatched. Surely we should all understand that the whole world workforce is in crisis and under great pressure on account of Covid19 and be patient. Sorry for making this so long but it's upsetting to see unfair reviews that could discourage others from buying from Numeralpaint and hinder them from the great pleasure and enjoyment of their paintings I will continue to buy and enjoy their products Their customer service is courteous and attentive THEY deserve all of 5 stars

I received my canvas yesterday. Apparently, it got held over at the US custom for months. It really is not the their fault. I finished my painting today. At first, sure I thought it was a scam like a lot of you did. And pretty gave up hope to get it. And then it showed up in my mailbox. I gave them 5 stars because they have been nothing but nice to me and responded to my emails with reassurance. For those of you that are waiting. Just hang tight. I’m sure you’ll get yours soon. I bought 5 paintings and I LOVED it! It took some time to arrive because of the customs clearance, but the processing time from the company was fast, I guess im addicted to it .. and I'd love to do it again after the quarantine. Love to see it in my wall and enjoying painting too. Thanks Numeralpaint
