I ordered my PBN kit in April and did not recieve it until August 3, 2020. COVID-19 craziness! From the time I ordered it to receiving my product, Numeral Paint communicated with me on where it was. It had been in COVID-19 jail in China and then in pandemic jail in Texas. They always returned my emails and never ignored me. After all this is over, I will buy from them again. Numeral Paint has many beautiful paint-by-number kits to pick from.

I highly recommend this company. My order was very delayed due to the current COVID situation but they responded to all my emails and even offered me a partial refund even though it wasn’t their fault. Finally received my order and delighted with the products.
