One of the colors in my kit was wrong. I contacted the company, and after sending them a picture of the incorrect paint tube, they offered a free PBN of my choice, which I received, along with the proper paint to finish my project. Handled very professionally by their customer service.

Excellent customer service through email. They will always reply within a day or even hrs...I was given a bad quality custom Paint by Numbers from a different company. I emailed Numeral Paint and explained my situation and was assured theirs would be high quality and was given a preview from a photo I gave before I purchased. It was delivered and I am throughly happy with it. Would highly recommend 👌

I had almost completed Queen Nefertiti paint by numbers but lost the numbers guidance sheet. I emailed this problem to the company who sent one by return email so I could complete. I am really pleased with the end result. Customer Service was friendly and efficient.
