Incompetent. Sent me fedex tracking number even thought they sent USPS so tracking number didn’t exist. They sent both my orders to someone else. Have not gotten anywhere with them. I have to go through my credit card company now.

I ordered my items March 28 and still haven’t received any of my items I decided to email them and inquire about the items they gave me a tracking and kept waiting for it. It now April 28 and I am still waiting it’s been a month and all they can do is blame it on covid-19 idk what to do should I call my bank and get my money back

Not only is the paint ultra thin and lumpy (it looks like I painted the canvas with dried markers...), but the overall motif is unreasonably FAR from the reference photo on their website (I understand that it will never look exactly alike, but this is almost laughable). In all of my years of painting paint by numbers kits, I have never received a painting that looks so off and has such horrible quality paint. Not even the kits I've bought from China (which turned out surprisingly decent, just fyi). I wish I could post pictures here on trustpilot so you could all see how extremely bad it is... :( And to top it all off, they want ME to pay the shipping to have a second kit send out, as a solution to getting this pbn kit where the paint is horrible quality and the motif is all wrong... How does that even make sense? Also, they don't reply to my emails anymore :( No, I would definitely NOT recommend this website :(
