If I could give zero stars I would. While I understand that during the COVID pandemic things are crazy. But I have had my order placed for over a month. Still have not received the item ordered. Very disappointing. I will be contacting my bank to dispute my charge for product not received. Today their website is no longer up. Lesson learned.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered back on April 4th and it is now May 13th and I still do not have a working tracking number or the product.

I placed an order with them but decided to cancel it as I didn’t realise how long the shipping takes. On the website it states that if you cancel within 24 hours you should receive a full refund. I sent a cancellation email within 20 minutes of placing my order, then got a reply saying not to worry and that I will get my full refund, then 5 minutes later got another saying the previous email was sent by mistake and was meant for another customer and they then told me they were going to take the 20%! I emailed them back saying that I should be entitled to a full refund as I cancelled within 24 hours and asked why I didn’t get that. I sent this email almost 5 days ago now, they’ve taken my money and they still haven’t responded. Customer service is awful and very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Do not order from this company!!! I have been waiting for my order for over a month. The tracking number provided was not valid and the only explanation I have received is blaming Covid-19 for the delay. Complete crap!!!

Ordered one month ago and still no product. Sent multiple emails. First gave me a tracking number through fedex that didn’t work. Then sent me a track-China post tracking number that was unrecognized. First blamed it on COVID, then blamed it on a logistics partner. Asked for refund in most recent email. Waiting to hear what next excuse will be next. Will update if I ever receive my order or a correct tracking number.

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I ordered my item over a month ago and the tracking number that the provided doesnt even work. When I wrote them asking for a new tracking number, it says that the item still hasnt been picked up by USPS. They refuse to offer me a refund. I will be calling my credit card company to file a complaint. Still no indication that my item is on its way. Now, the website is gone...

I am saddened to say that I would not use this company again or recommend them. They have not deliver red my order and when I questioned why the tracking number was not recognised by the Royal Mail I was told that it was due to the pandemic. Whilst I appreciate that things may have been delayed the tracker is now working and a Royal Mail have not received the parcel from you some 35 days later. The company are now ignoring my requests for a refund so I am pursuing this through PayPal
