NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

They totally suck. They took my money. Shut down their website and I never got the product. Screw you numeral paint!

April 16, 2020 - Order placed for 2 framed paint by number canvases. About to be quarantined with my 9 year old niece and thought this would be fun. May 29, 2020 - I would give them zero stars if I could! Never received my order. I actually do get a response from someone when I email the company telling me to be patience. Lesson learned to search out reviews online, other than the fake reviews on their website. Do not order from this company! June 12, 2020 - Still have not received. If I ever do receive, I will update this review. UGH! June 16, 2020 - FINALLY received my order. PLEASE do not order from this company. I wish I could upload pictures for you to see. The canvas the two paint by numbers came on are so stiff and wrinkled that I won’t be able to use them. Also, the “frames” I paid extra for are as light weight as a popsicle stick. You have to piece it together then tack (yes, with the little tiny tacks that came with it) the canvas to the under side of the popsicle sticks. Oh, and if I actually could straighten out this canvas, I would have to cut into the picture as the frame is too small. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t order from this company.

Ordered over a month and a half ago, still haven't received my painting package. While ordering, they snuck a magnifying glass into my cart, so i had to pay an additional $25, which arrived in a damaged box and does not work. Every time i check the FedEx site, it says "no tracking number is found". Will not order from this company again.

Ordered my paintings well over a month ago . I've been charged and never received my package. I've emailed the company for a refund and told them I've never received my package. No response. No refund. Thrives. Do not use this website!!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL ... 2 months and there is no product to actually review , no item has been delivered. Don’t even think about buying from here because as you can see they are a absolute shambles. DO NOT BUY

Terrible service! I ordered on March 30! Just receiving some of my order! Only one of my canvases came! I received wood about 3 weeks ago so I now see that was the frame to my painting! It came without the frame attached! Never received my other painting that was a custom picture and it cost more! Do not order from these people! I will be requesting a refund!

Ordered more than 7 weeks ago and nothing arrived since.. They should tell you beforehand that delivery is over 3 months (!!!) , and not to find out by yourself.... Fake and lousy way to earn money... Don't buy from here is my advice. Now hoping this product even arrive..

I wish I had seen these reviews on Numeral Paint before getting scammed myself! I ordered about AUD$90 worth of paint by numbers on the 15/04/2020 and did not receive an invoice after my order. That should have been my first clue. I have emailed them several times and have not received a response or tracking number for my order...another RED FLAG! This company is definitely a scam. I have emailed them again and if I do not hear back I will be reporting them. Update: After emailing this company 3 times I finally got a response with a tracking number and a few days later received my parcel. I ordered 3 different paint by numbers, they are not individually wrapped so all the paints are mixed up. Just Glad I got my order after waiting so long.
