I ordered a paint by number for my mother's day gift and it never came. They took over a week to mail it. And then once it was in the mail they said it will take 6-20 days. Well, it never came. It got returned to sender. I requested a refund, and they said that they can only give a partial refund. I was outraged since the mailing problem was there problem not mine. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many others that are more professional.

I honestly will never buy from this company. I ordered my product back in March.. it is June now and I haven’t received it. It’s now stuck in LA with no update of why it’s been sitting there for 9 days. I get the whole covid nonsense, but I’ve ordered other things from China and it doesn’t take this long. I also experienced rude unhelpful emails when asked about where my stuff is. This is highly ridiculous and I will tell everyone not to order from one of these places.

I ordered my kits over two months ago. They refuse to refund me, as they keep saying it is "on the way". Also, within a day of ordering these, my debit card information was being used for unauthorized purchases with fairly large dollar amounts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very low standards. Order came all screwed up. No hanging kit or frame, which I paid extra for. Would not recommend, much better companies out there.

NEVER order from them. As previous reviews have mentioned, I have yet to receive my order after placing the order 2 months ago - incorrect tracking numbers are provided and it feels like a scam to continue trying get the right details from their Customer Service. I am currently having issues tracking down my package and their Customer Service has been extremely useless - I don't believe I will be receiving my order and will be reporting the business as FRAUD.

I don't even know where to start but overall, don't buy anything from them. 1) ATTENTION They send you an email saying the tracking of your order which doesn't update regularly so you don't know where your product is, and instead of keeping you informed (since this is not a cheap purchase), you have to be the one constantly emailing them 2) QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT The image shown to the canvas I bought changes drastically, which could not be that bad if you think of it realistically, but then, it's so hard to read the numbers as some of them are blurry and some of them are placed in the boundaries between one area and the other, so you don't known where you should paint. This also might not be that bad, if you had a good reference... BUT YOU DON'T! The reference image is blurry and the worst quality possible. Also if you buy a frame you'd expect something somehow decent as the price difference is considerable... GUESS WHAT? NO! You have a poorly built frame which isn't smooth to assemble. And it doesn't have any instructions, although it shouldn't be that hard since the pieces seem to fit in together, well no! every other frame you'd see on the internet fit in so nicely (I bought other frames and they do fit smoothly) this one chips and probably it'd break if you try to assemble it, I had to use sand paper to make it work. Don't even expect to have instructions to put the fabric on the frame, which it is not that hard but would be nice to have it don't you think? Think for a bit about your customers. 3) CUSTOMER SERVICE As I said, you are the one who has to be constantly in touch to get an idea of when you'd get your canvas. Well they don't and I asked them How much time I should expect, they tell you "how much in total you should wait" including processing + shipping. And then when it takes way too long, they said that that "shipping time" was not included in the waiting. I understand the current situation, but then you should take some responsability for your words and state something like "when we hand the product, is up to the transportation company" instead of making false statements. This is our money we are talking about and of course we are concerned about it and it shouldn't be taken lightly. When I said that the order was 11 days behind the MAXIMUM waiting time, somehow, the shipment arrived a few hours later. Very dodgy. They claim to have a Return Policy and I wanted to give my product back since I won't use it anymore. They said "it cannot be returned to us as we have no use for it". False advertising maybe? It wasn't even opened when I asked them for a return. Being approachable I asked for at least a Partial monetary compensation since I understand they had to pay for the courier service, but they replied with a very rude email, sarcastic, I really wonder who's behind that computer, because he or she has ZERO customer service skills, I'm so unsatisfied with every single aspect of this purchase. -------- This purchase was a bit of a sacrifice since I can't afford much during these times, but I wanted something to unwind and relax, and turned out to be a waste of my money which hurts a lot, and also a huge source of stress. I regret so much having the decision of buying from them so I want to keep as much people as I want from making the same mistake that I did. Buy from any other website, I've heard of some that actually deliver a good service despite the situation. This one is definitely not the one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. They told me my order would take max 30 days to come and its been 2 months!!! I still havent received it. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. WORST NUMERAL PAINT OF ALL

Agree with what others have said - would give ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a complete scam. I did the same thing many have - ordered, waited a while, did some more reading up, and found this page of reviews. I had hoped that perhaps I'd get lucky and wouldn't have issues but I have now ordered my paints OVER A MONTH AGO and haven't received it. I emailed "customer service" for information on its location because the tracking info they provided was not updated in days and they kept saying over and over that the delay was due to customs and that my package would come soon. They provided me incorrect info that my package was in customs in New York when the tracking number said it had only arrived in Los Angeles, and had cleared customs DAYS AGO. I repeatedly asked for refunds to which they continually deflected and said it would arrive, customs delay, blah blah. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY. DISPUTING WITH MY BANK. Also the good reviews on this site have to be bots....sounds exactly like the emails they sent me.
