SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a kit, waited a month and never got shipping confirmation. Emailed customer support and had to wait days for them to finally tell me that the kit supposedly already shipped and got "lost" in the mail. They offered to send a replacement kit and I confirmed that I would not get charged for it. After 2 more weeks I received no update or shipping confirmation so I checked again. Then I got an email that said I was charged for another kit. This is clearly a scam and they keep you going in circles so they can get more money from you. They need to be shut down.

This shouldn't even have one star. Big S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S. Do not buy from them. Your package will never arrive. And you can't get a refund because it was custom made. SERIOUSLY

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed expressing my frustrations and they completely pretended not to notice or acknowledge. Even responded with a “cheers“! At least they email back even though it takes them a week every-time. So far it’s been three months of going back and forth and being told the package is on the way. Feels like a complete scam. Save your time and money.

Please don’t bother with this company. I received my PBN and some of the numbers are blurry. I sent them a picture and they are refusing to give me a refund. They are only offering 20% discount. I can’t paint it as you can’t work out what 30% of the numbers say. The canvas was wrapped so tightly around the frame it’s marked the canvas. Dreadful company. Would not recommend or purchase from this company ever again. Waste of money.

I have been dealing with this horrible horrible company for almost three months now. They are TERRIBLE at communicating, they will not give you any tracking information. I am now on the third product they are claiming to send since the first one was "damaged" and the second one was "somehow lost" Which they never notified me of, they only realized once I emailed the company. Customer service is rude, unprofessional and not the least bit helpful. This has been a horrible experience and after two incidents of missing paintings and STILL no tracking number THREE MONTHS LATER they are still refusing to give a refund?' Please save your time, money and stress, this is by far the worst company I have ever made a purchase from online.

Don’t order from this company!! You will not get you order!! I ordered in April 5th and keep getting the run around😡 I was told it’s on a boat the shipping tracking number is not right. I should get it within 10-21 days if not I will get 20% back I want all my money back! Keep the darn painting I don’t want it anymore

I have experienced what most folks already posted. I ordered three kits for our kids April 15th. I have reached out several times, mainly saying there are issues because of COVID, etc. I keep getting emails back saying, it will be 2-10 days. But still haven't seen them. My tracking number the first go around was some carrier I had never heard of. Now it's USPS and yes, looks like my package is sitting in California (for almost a month now) ready for pick up by USPS. This is a joke. I just want my money back. I order stuff online all the time. No issues with timely delivery. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Now that the stores are open, I will just go to Michaels.

I ordered a painting of a dog. I received a painting of a woman. I emailed to inquire where I could return the incorrect package to. They will not tell me. They want me to send a picture of the incorrect painting. Why?? Give me an address to return it to and you will see for yourself. I explained I do not have a personal email, only work email and I cannot attach a picture from my camera to my work email. They replied I need to open an email account to send them a picture or they cannot help me. DO NOT trust these people. They are thieves.
