NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

i have ordered superb paintings by numbers from many different outfits, and had never been disappointed until Numeral Paint came along. Super poor quality "canvas" (a sheet of plastic like material) and the tracing is cheap, summarizing all subtilty into huge areas of a single color. i'm not even sure i'll actually do them, they're so bad. don't want that stuff on my walls.

I ordered two paintings first part of April, and here it is June 18 and have not received anything. I tried to cancel and they said i couldnt because it was already shipped more than two months ago. The tracking numbers are not valid, supposedly its been in California for the last month waiting on logistic company. After several times of asking for a refund they agreed to refund 20% and if the package doesnt arrive within the next 6 days. They will refund 30%, and if the package doesnt arrive in the next 6 to 9 days they will refund everything....that is if i ever receive the paintings I am to pay them back 80%!!! This company is a waste of time and money. Do not purchase from them!!! UPDATE: I have just received a full refund from Numeral Paint for non-receipt of merchandise.

Wish I could pick a negative star! Horrible. Waited over a month for a crushed mess. The special brushes I paid for not sent. Disgusted! Don’t waste your money.

I ordered my 4 paint kits April 13th, it is now June 18th and I still DON'T have my paint kits and I have NOT received a REFUND!!! Not sure how others were able to get theirs but I honestly don't believe the good reviews that are coming from people on here. I'm very positive those reviews are coming from the company and they are making them up to make them seem like they are an upstanding company. STay AWAY!!!

I ordered my painting over a month and a half ago and it still hasn’t come. I reached out two weeks ago to see when my painting would be here and they said 7 days at the most. I am so frustrated with this company and they are blaming shipping delays on COVID, yet I have had no problems with other things being shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 kits at a cost of $80+. After 1 month of waiting, I received a package containing just 1 kit, which wasn't one of the ones that I had ordered! I contacted the company by e- mail the same day. They responded asking for photos of the packaging and kit. I sent several photos showing the size of the package, the weight and the label which stated that there was 1 item in the package plus the name of the kit received. Their response was that the weight of the package was for 4 items. After checking the weight of the kit received, I replied that the postage paid was for 4 kits, but that only 1 was in the package, which was unopened prior to delivery. I was then asked for more photos, and was told that they had 'checked with the department and they confirm that they sent what you ordered' Had that been the case, then surely, that is what I would have received? I don't know what to do now and don't understand how this company can continue operating whilst offering such poor customer service. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First, it took 4 weeks to receive my order. And when it arrived the paints were wrong, so I immediately contacted the company. They made me jump through several hoops, but finally, the company replied that they would take care of the problem and send the correct paint colors. A month passes, I send a follow up. Response: "As agreed we have shipped the new colors and I will contact the transportation company to check on the situation and let you know within 48 hours." No follow up; another week, another email sent. Response: "I looked into your situation and I'm really sorry for the delay, I think that your paints have been stuck or lost somewhere during the transit because the transportation company did not give us a clear answer. And for that, we will resend you a new kit. Please let me know if it is OK with you so we can start processing your image and ship it asap." Another month passes. Reply to another email: "I'm truly sorry to have to inform you that when I checked with the department and they have notified me that somehow they did not get my notification so they did not process your paint set and I have urged them to generate the paints set and ship it in the next 2-5 days." Lesson learned: Read Reviews Before Ordering!

I ordered my paint by number in April. I just received it. After I began painting it it isn’t looking familiar at all. I notice the item number on the top, they sent me the wrong one. I’m not happy at all. I spent way too much on it to get the wrong item.
