They will getchya with the “kit”. Ask a lot of questions about the kit. What is included in the kit doesn’t last the full 10.5 weeks they claim it will. They include the lowest dose possible. I’ve been taking the med for over a month and the dose for the GLP med is at such a low dose I have lost zero lbs. They charge a $170 fee to be able to speak with a provider at any time for a year. Pretty sure it’s AI bot. I have messsged them with my concern and was told just to wait a little longer to see the results. I was told I “was at a good place”. They are scammers, just better at it. Beware of the “kit”.

I feel great! I’m sleeping better. My workouts are drastically improved. I feel I have more energy at work and at home. Overall I’m impressed with the level of service that NuForm has given. My account representative Nick has been great and responsive.

The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I really appreciated being able to communicate by text instead of phone calls—it made it easy to stay on top of everything during my workday and in the evenings with my kid. It’s been about three weeks now, and I’m feeling like myself again.

They are very easy to work with and can get you started quickly. The service afterwards is excellent and they will answer any questions you may have. I’ve had no side effects and after 5 weeks my results have been much better than expected. Down 20 lbs and sainting muscle. Can’t ask for anything better. I feel great!

Beyond the best I’ve ever felt in my life. The company is very responsive to my questions, refilling orders and addressing issues. I have never had any communication problems or even delayed responses from them through the last 6 months I’ve been using nuform. Can’t recommend this enough.

5 Stars for logistics, pricing, and customer service. Nu Form runs a very tight ship. Getting my bloodwork scheduled, doing the consults, and receiving the medication was incredibly fast and stress-free. A massive shoutout to Romario specifically—he is top-notch and literally always just a text away. Any question I asked throughout this process, he responded within minutes, and he even helped me seamlessly dial in an additional prescription I requested. The communication on his end is exactly what you want from a clinic. ​The only reason I leave a slight note of caution is regarding the follow-up bloodwork consultation and the default medical protocol. My follow-up consult to review my labs was with a different provider from Romario, and I felt a bit rushed through the process without a thorough explanation of what each prescribed medication actually does. This led directly to them prescribing the standard 'cookie-cutter' dose (200mg of Test a week plus an AI/estrogen blocker immediately). ​To be entirely fair to Nu Form, this default protocol is what almost every TRT clinic does right off the rip. However, I think patients would benefit greatly from a deeper explanation of the medications. I would hate to see a new guy blindly take estrogen blockers right away just because they were in the box, and completely crash his system. ​I highly advise doing your own research to see what works best for you. Personally, I just played it safe to start. I dialed my Test back to 140mg a week, stuck to the low end of the prescribed HCG (250 IU), and left the blockers on the shelf until my body or lab results showed me I actually need them. Nu Form provides excellent gear to get you started, just make sure you advocate for yourself and find the dose that fits your body. ​In closing, 4 weeks in, I feel like an animal! I have already lost 8 lbs, workouts are great with very little recovery time needed, my brain fog is clearing, and work is going exceptionally well. I have plenty of energy to fight through the day when before I was constantly taking naps. I feel like I'm 25 again, and I am excited for what the next few months will hold for my overall health.
