I ordered this product expecting a game-changer, but it arrived late and was barely functional. The packaging was cheap, and the item itself didn’t match the hype. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t buy again.

What a SCAM!
What a SCAM!! $185 for Men's Health Hormone blood work, that showed nothing more than the free blood work that I get from Kaiser.
The MD/NP was a no show on zoom after 20 minutes and then called me.
He then spent maybe 60 seconds with me trying to sell me a $1400 prescription that can be bought for 1/10 the price from any peptide company. They must receive kickbacks from that peptide company.

Hi Dennis!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We'd like to clarify a few points - Nuform Health is a licensed medical practice—not a research peptide or supplement company. All prescriptions are dispensed through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that follow USP 797 sterile compounding standards. When comparing pricing online, it's important to compare apples to apples: physician-prescribed medications from licensed, regulated pharmacies are fundamentally different from products sold through research chemical or non-medical peptide websites.
Treatment costs can also vary significantly depending on the medication selected and the patient's goals. Some treatment plans may cost around $100, while others may be several hundred dollars or more for a 4–5 month supply. Our providers work to customize recommendations based on each patient's medical history, goals, preferences, and budget. If the initial recommendation wasn't the right fit financially, we'd be happy to discuss alternative options that may better align with your needs.
Regarding your lab work, our comprehensive male panel takes a look at 57+ biomarkers including metabolic markers, inflammatory markers, full hormone panel, and more. We do accept outside blood work as well if requested.
We'd welcome the opportunity to review your consultation, discuss alternative treatment options, and address any remaining concerns.

They will getchya with the “kit”
They will getchya with the “kit”. Ask a lot of questions about the kit. What is included in the kit doesn’t last the full 10.5 weeks they claim it will. They include the lowest dose possible. I’ve been taking the med for over a month and the dose for the GLP med is at such a low dose I have lost zero lbs.
They charge a $170 fee to be able to speak with a provider at any time for a year. Pretty sure it’s AI bot. I have messsged them with my concern and was told just to wait a little longer to see the results. I was told I “was at a good place”. They are scammers, just better at it. Beware of the “kit”.

Hi SF,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading. Our dosing protocols for GLP-1 medications are based on established clinical guidelines and physician oversight. For new patients, we follow a standard titration schedule designed to prioritize safety and minimize side effects—this typically starts at a lower dose before gradually increasing. This is usually medically appropriate and widely recommended to avoid side effects.
That said, dosing is not one-size-fits-all. Patients can work directly with their provider to adjust their titration schedule - faster increases are absolutely possible when the medication is well tolerated and clinically appropriate.
We do have different kit sizes to support dosing schedules: 40, 80, 120, 240mg, etc. - which is standard practice in medicine.
Regarding communication, all of our patients are provided with direct access to their medical provider, including a phone number for ongoing support. We do not use AI bots for patient care or clinical communication—every interaction is handled by a real member of our medical team.
We understand that results can vary, especially early in treatment, and we always encourage patients to stay in close contact with their provider so we can make adjustments as needed.
We'd welcome the opportunity to review your case more closely and ensure you’re on the best plan moving forward. Nonetheless, we wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey!

Left in the Lurch, Abandoned as Patient
My intial experience started out well, but somehow I have been ABANDONED as a patient by Nuform and am now left in the lurch with my testosterone replacement therapy.
Nuform advertises $264 for 5 months of TRT but then charges you nearly $30 in a processing fee per order on top of a $170 for a yearly annual physician fee. When I raised my dissatisfaction about not being properly informed about these fees, Nuform called me INCESSANTLY to LECTURE ME and accuse me of being “malicious,” which was a word they couldn’t even pronounce correctly. When I brought this fact to their attention, they proceeded to abruptly drop me as a customer…
Interrupting a patient’s Testosterone Replacement Therapy for this reason represents a woefully irresponsible dereliction of medical duty. It appears that the day-to-day operations are run by an inexperienced, petulant group of young men based on this immature behavior.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your feedback—we take all concerns very seriously.
Our medication pricing is always reviewed and discussed with patients prior to placing any orders. Our TRT program is $53 per month, and we typically provide a 4- or 5-month supply at a time. For example, a 5-month kit (20 mL) is $264 in total.
Each order includes a $27 shipping fee, which covers the entire duration of the shipment. This breaks out to about $5/mo.
Our model is designed to help patients avoid gaps in treatment and reduce issues that can occur with monthly shipments, such as delays from carriers or pharmacies. While we believe this approach improves consistency and minimizes service disruptions, we understand that it may not be the best fit for everyone. We encourage all patients to choose a care model that aligns with their individual needs.
If you have any additional questions or would like to explore other options, please don’t hesitate to call us at 248-212-0080. We’d be happy to assist you.
Wishing you the best in your health journey.

Room for improvement
EDIT: The day I left this review, I was contacted by Nuform management. Instead of addressing a single one of my concerns, they informed me they were canceling my account and withdrawing medical care. This was clearly out of retribution for leaving a negative review. They edited their responses with HIPAA violations, so that's one positive result here.
Talon TRT is cheaper, so it worked out.
Original review:
I started trt with Nuform about a month ago and I am starting to see very positive results. I plan on continuing with the company, unless a cheaper legitimate option comes up. That said, there are some specific points where the company could definitely improve. I will update this review as appropriate if improvements are made or if things get worse.
1. Firstly, I'm very concerned about the apparent HIPAA violations that are here in the manager responses to the negative trust pilot reviews. Revealing details about someone's medical history and treatment is not only illegal, it is highly inappropriate in this context, and it seems like an intimidation tactic to silence critics. When someone leaves a review, they are not consenting for their treatment to be an open discussion on a public forum. This is very off-putting to say the least and heavily compromises overall trust.
2. Although I don't have any complaints about my specific care team, it is clear that they are pressured to upsell products rather than evaluate and optimize individual health. For example, I was heavily recommended to get on constant injections of gonadorelin in order to maintain a healthy HPT axis while on trt. Upon further research, this will not work at all, and in fact constant use of gonadotropin agonists without regards to pulsatility actually blunts the pituitary response, and similar medications are used to temporarily chemically castrate people. The only way to safely use a medication like this is using a legit medication pump 24/7, which they do not supply. I'm not sure how these wires got crossed, but it seems that this is potentially harmful.
I was presented with a number of options to maintain the HPT axis, and according to my research, none of them would have worked. During my consultation with my provider, add-on medications were offered with very vague, sketchy justification - a "just in case" kind of logic. I was expected to make a decision about these medications on the spot without access to legit research, or really any information at all on them.
For example, he recommended an aromatase inhibitor since estradiol usually increases along with the testosterone. I feel my provider intentionally omitted full information about this medication to make it seem more appealing. To the lay person like myself, estrogen seems simply bad and why not get rid of all of it. But, this is not the case, as estradiol should be kept in a specific range. Use of aromatase inhibitors should be in response to specific post medication lab-results showing a demonstrated need to keep that estradiol in range, which they didn't have yet.
Overall, I was hoping for more quantified, scientific, medical support then the kind casual advice that I received, which ultimately was more akin to "bro science" than legit medical advice. Others have said that they get great advice and consultation from nuform, but I haven't really gotten anything useful out of it yet, and more than anything I feel I need to defend my own health using my own research, rather than building any kind of trust with the company.
3. There is no web portal. There is no hub where I can track my progress, upload test results, review orders, or even track shipments of the testosterone. So far, my shipments have arrived unannounced without tracking. I am concerned if this continues that my order will sit in my cluster mailbox unnecessarily at some point. I don't know about everybody else, but I usually track my packages and expect them to arrive at a certain time... Especially a medication.
4. Unclear pricing. The pricing of the trt, although the cheapest I have found, is not what was published in the offer that I responded to. Additionally, there was a $27 fee which was never mentioned until I had already paid the $170 annual doctor's fee. It's not appropriate to charge people to sign up, and then once they're invested, hit them with fees and different pricing schemes than what was published.
The medication I'm receiving does seem legit and comes from a licensed USA pharmacy. This is the important point, and if you're going for the cheapest option and don't need a web portal, are willing to do your own research and form your own plan, then this is potentially a good option despite the drawbacks. I perceive this is a relatively new company, and hopefully they are working on these bugs. Best regards

Hi Ty,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
First, we want to clarify that our providers do not require patients to take any additional medications or add-ons as part of treatment. During consultations, our providers review a range of potential options that may be used in certain situations and explain why they might be considered. Ultimately, the decision on how to proceed is left entirely up to the patient, with our team providing medical guidance and support so each individual can make the choice that best fits their goals and comfort level.
Regarding estrogen blockers, these are not required on our TRT programs. They are only discussed as a potential option and are typically used on an as-needed basis if high-estrogen symptoms or lab results indicate they may be appropriate. Some patients prefer to take them in the beginning to avoid potential side effects while other elect to take them on an as needed basis. Recommendations are based on the specific patient, consultation with provider, medical history, and lab values. We do not have any "one size fits all" treatment plans.
In terms of pricing, the $170 annual physician fee covers 12 months of physician oversight and medical care, which works out to about $14 per month. This fee is listed on our website, included on our intake form, and discussed during the initial intake call prior to beginning treatment so patients understand the structure of the program before proceeding.
We’re sorry that aspects of the process felt unclear or did not align with what you were hoping for. If you would like to discuss your concerns or the specifics of your case further, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. You can reach our team at 248-212-0080 at any time.
We wish you the best moving forward and appreciate your feedback.

The product didn’t work at all
The product didn’t work at all. My advisor was zero help. I told him during process that it wasn’t work and all he did was tell me to increase dose. After that and it was all gone. He tells me thats the breaks and their isn’t anything they can do to help me. I spent all of my prescription flex pay to pay for it and now have to struggle to pay for my regular meds. I emailed corporate and was told same thing. I know it’s not guaranteed but I told team half way through that it wasn’t working. They could have done something then. Take it from me unless you can afford to loose money don’t use them!!!
