Hi there! It's Jill in Arizona. The gal from Michigan that now resides out west in Arizona that you've never met in person but we've talked several times over that last 10 months. I decided it's transformation Tuesday and wanted to share with you where I started and where I am now. I'll retake photos on my year anniversary in September which is coming up soon but these pictures were a great inspiration to keep plugging away. Just when you might think you can't see much change these are a reality check. I still have a long ways to go but I just genuinely look healthier and feel even better. My hormones are much more balanced and consistent and my A1C dropped tremendously from 6.7 to 5.4! 😳 Anyways happy transformation Tuesday. I wanted to give you some encouragement to keep doing what you are doing and helping folks near and far because it's worth it.
