I don’t even know where to start, I wanna say thank you Nick. I’ve had doctors waste my time for up to a year gaslighting me and digging me in a deeper hole. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Once we had our first Consultation I think Nick noticed how bad of situation I was in and made sure to keep calling so I can get the help I needed. I genuinely believed you guys saved my life.

NuForm is progressive in the way that they are willing to work with their patients to ensure they are optimized, versus working with cookie cutter protocols like most do. They are very responsive when the need arises to reach out. And they follow up in plenty of time to ensure there are no hiccups with running out of meds.

The process of getting started went very smoothly (I was taking my meds by the following week). Very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend.
