Sarah
I would like to have an on-going journal for my clients to be able to refer to when they are away from coaching sessions. A place to save files I create would be great too. I found it hard to get answers or suggestions regarding my platform for my client's needs. I felt like I got advice that was cookie cutter and unhelpful to my requests. I have an established business already just looking for the perfect app.

Hey Sarah - Firstly, thanks so much for the frank feedback - it's a huge help for us to hear when there may be gaps in our support and communication around how to best configure the coaching platform to fit a business like yours - truly appreciated! My name is Phil and I'm one of the founders of Nudge, and if you're open to it I would love the chance to jump on a call or web conference with you to dig into the problems you're trying to solve in setting up the platform so we can help you get things set up to fit your needs - and if we don't have what you need, we'll at least learn that quickly as well so you can move on. :) If that sounds okay, I will reach out directly via email shortly. Thanks again.

Seth! Thanks so much for sharing, we're thrilled to hear that you and your members have had a good experience with the coaching platform so far! Don't ever hesitate to let us know if you have a question about best ways to configure anything in the platform to fit your program. Our team always loves connecting to kick around creative solutions! : )
Disappointed Executive C.
Really disappointed. This looked like a great tool for all types of coaches, included executive coaches. Once you pay the $25 it becomes clear that the app is an entirely blank canvas. There are no setup templates to select from and setting this up for my coaching business would have involved paying a Nudge designer. Within 5 minutes and accessing the app and realising the clear lack of fit I contacted Nudge to request a refund. The do not offer refunds, even in these circumstances. Pretty disappointed and I will proactively advise my clients against using Nudge - many of these clients own fitness businesses.

Hi Leah, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience! It seems like we didn't do a good enough job of making this clear, but our team is available to you to help set up your account at no cost to you. We do not charge for any account setup help. Thank you for sharing your experience and we will do everything we can to make sure its clear going forward that our team is here to help you get set up for success customizing our coaching platform to fit your needs and not to hit you up for more money!

I love Nudge Coach as it keeps me in touch with my clients and able to jump on their concerns quickly. It's easy to use and my clients love it too. It would be great to be able to amend their plans from my phone rather than having to go to the desktop.

Thanks so much for sharing that with us Karen! It's great to hear that the Nudge Coach app is something you're using and could be really valuable for you with some specific updates. I will share this with the rest of the team and see how adding that functionality to the coaching app fits within our product roadmap in 2020 :) Thanks again for taking a moment to share your thoughts with us - it really helps!

I use the app for a research project to measure step counts for participants using their smart phone. On a frequent basis I find that there are no step counts on Nudge for a particular day. It seems like the problem occurs more frequently with Android phones. Catherine has always been very responsive when these issues arise. For my purposes, it would be best if participants did not have to open the Nudge app every day in order for Nudge to sync with their smart phone. The text function on Nudge works well.

Hi Bill, thanks so much for the comment! We really appreciate you taking the time to provide some feedback on the Nudge coaching platform. Each app/device that we sync with is unique and thus, each has it's own way of transferring data into our system. We definitely want to make sure your clients' data appears in their apps and in your coaching platform in as timely a fashion as possible, and we will continue to optimize that process as best we can! Feel free to continue sending any syncing inquiries our way and we will make sure to get your clients' data synced into the system ;)

I asked to cancel this service and have been ignored. The payments just keep being deducted.
Response from Nudge CoachJan 20, 2020
Emma, I'm sorry to hear that was your experience with us! We typically take great pride in our service and as such we've immediately reviewed your support thread to find opportunities to improve our process. From our review it looks like our team responded to your request within several hours so we would like to learn more about whether our responses may have gone to a spam folder, or if we did not have the correct contact information. If you have any further suggestions about what we could have done differently we would love to hear them so that we can continue to improve. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
