I love the idea of the app, and the Program building guidebook is extremely helpful.
I'm really looking forward to enrolling some clients to actually use it with, and will happily review again when I do. :)

This is a fantastic platform
This is a fantastic platform. Flexible and simple to use. I think the only thing that I would like to see is more incorporation with apps. Having said that - The nutrition app I use links to fitbit, which links to nudge, so it works in the end :-).
Amazing customer service - had a couple of issues initially - which were dealt with quickly....
All in all an amazing experience

So far so good…
A great app but I'm still learning some of it's features / functions. Some of the drawbacks I've noticed so far are... it's not syncing properly with listed apps and it doesn't seem that clients in the same group or program can see / interact with each other to see one another's stats for friendly competition and/or motivation. It could be permission based where clients can allow or invite one another to interact with each other. Also, there seem to be some hiccups with the group notifications, some clients receive them and others do not. Thank you for your assistance and attention to this matter, take care.

Regarding app syncing, every app syncs a bit differently and sometimes takes some troubleshooting to help clients get configured properly. If any of your clients appear to be having syncing issues, have them tap on the Settings tab of their Nudge for clients app and then tap Help, and we would be happy to help them sort out any syncing issues.
Regarding the friendly competition, have you been able to review the leaderboard feature in the settings of your group(s)? This feature should allow you to select a metric for your clients to track and share with other members in the group! Due to HIPAA compliance, we're unable to allow for open sharing off all PHI a client or patient is tracking in order for them to share with each other. But I'll bring this idea to our development team to see if I can get some additional thoughts on it.
With regard to the group notifications, all clients in a group should receive a push notification if you check the box when you post in a message board. I'm thinking the hiccup the clients may be experiencing may be related to some clients already having the Nudge app open when you posted, but I'll shoot you a note offline so we can get some more information on this and sort out what may be going on.

best I could find- but really simplistic
It’s very simple and doesn’t have the ability to directly download videos for clients- would love more advanced interaction capabilities in groups (more like Facebook groups) also would be great if clients could pay for their memberships directly from the app

I love it
I love it! It’s really great I would love a live preview of how it is getting set up and final draft. I would also include upload session files & meals. Or payment at checkout. But everything else is great! Easy to set up & understand!
