NTW - Never A.
Slow shipping
Slow shipping. Poor communication. Item was recieved damaged, but I kept it because it took them so long to get it to me in the first place. NTW actually blamed Fed Ex claiming that they repacked a wheel that must already once have come out of the first box NTW used. It's a strange coincidence that FedEx would be able to pack a wheel in an exactly sized box with the original shipping invoice still stuck to it. Wheel was packed in box with peanuts. Paint was rubbed off of the spots on the circumference of the wheel on both sides from where the box was worn through. *********** I'm editing this as TrustPilot doesn't give the customer a chance to reply. Dear NTW, I didnt call you back because I was already tired of calling you. It took no less than ten calls to get a wheel, I think only once was I ever called back when promised. He's at lunch, he's out today, they are picking it up tomorrow. I feel the wheel was poorly packaged because the wheel was the same height as the box, there was no room for padding between the edge and the cardboard if there had ever been any. I stand by this. Besides, what would you do? Let me pay to send the wheel back so I can wait two more months and gamble on what shows back up? I had already asked for a break on the shipping since it had taken so long that nobody was inclined to give. I don't think anyone was rude here. I'm giving one star because I feel that the whole process was unacceptable, NTW did not live up to what was promised on the phone and the amount of time for the order was unreasonable. I'd have let it all slide and given two stars if some care had been taken in shipping. I don't need the all caps either.

I tried to call you on this matter and left a message with a call back number but I never heard back from you. Occasionally Fed Ex and UPS do damage some merchandise, unfortunate but a way of life in the shipping business. When I messaged you that FedEx may have repackaged the wheel, that doesn't necessarily mean that they "reboxed" it. It may have come out of the box, lost our packing, put it back in the same box and then put the "peanuts" in it. We do not package wheels with peanuts. Sorry about the problem but I can't help if you won't return my call.
