Nick, I have been doing some looking into this. You came in and bought just 1 tire from us. A couple of days later you called in and said that there was a problem with the lugs. Your salesman, Dave, asked you to send us pictures of the tire or bring it back in for us to look at it. He never received anything from you. You then called in a couple of weeks later and Dave told you that he did not receive any pictures and sent you an email to make sure that you had his address. We still have never received anything from you. If you have a bad tire, we have no problem warranting it but we either have to have the tire or at least pictures of it. We have neither. When you called the last time, you told us that you were back in Texas. You were told that you can get the tire warranted at any Toyo tire dealer in the country if it wasn't convenient to get back here. If you are still having a problem, please send us the pictures and we will try to help you out.

Scott, I am a little confused. The only order that I see from you is for an order for 3 Rough Country Chevy lift kits placed on 3/29/2018. I see no other order for you. Did you place the order under another name?

You were never charged for the shocks and after reading the emails back and forth, you were never told that you were going to have to pay for them. You ordered a kit for a 1987 and newer truck when you actually have a 1983 truck. As Our salesman explained to you, the only difference was the front shocks so Kieth was trying to get you the right shocks for your truck and had the correct shocks saved on his screen waiting for a call back from you.They were accidently released and shipped but you were never charged for them and now that we know that you changed your upper mounts to make the newer shocks fit, Kieth is sending out a Fed Ex pickup tag and will return the shocks to us at no cost to you. Sorry for the inconvience but it never cost you anything at all.

Kevin, I see the e-mail that you sent to your salesman Chris about your concern about the weights on your wheel and tire package and I see where he responded to you telling you that we use balance beads inside the tires on duallys and that there is not enough room for external weights on that type of wheel. His e-mail to you stated: "On the dually wheels we do not use the pound on or stick on weights on the wheel. We use the balance beads inside the tire. There is not enough room on the wheel to put the weights so we use the beads. they probably did that to the front wheels also if there is no weights on them. " Did you have someone dismount the tires to see if there were beads inside the tires? That would be the only way for someone to tell if there were balance beads in them. I am also concerned about your statement that said that you were told that you were S.O.L. After reading Chris' email to you, I cannot see where he told you that or had implied that you were S.O.L.. I also looked at the phone logs and saw that your wife called in to talk to Chris about ordering the package. She got his voicemail and then I see where he called back and talked your wife and took the order but I do not see any other phone calls from that number. If you called back on a different number and was told that you were S.O.L. I would like to have that number so that I can go back to the conversation and see who told you that so that I can take care of the problem. I would be glad to discuss this with you. James, I just saw your review on Trust Pilot. I looked at your order but didn't see any notes or anything that threw up any flags that there had been an issue.Can you tell me what the problem was and what happened?
