Uodated: I ordered 5 Interco tires online. They arrived quickly and appeared new. The following week, I had them mounted/balanced. That’s where the problems started. I’ve been to 5 different places in as many weeks to have them rebalanced, the last place was the business suggested by Interco. The third place I took them told me that they found 3 that were out of round and wouldn’t do any more with them. I did contact the NTW warranty people to discuss the problem I was having just after rebalance # 3. They were quick to respond and did contact the Interco warranty person for me (I tried unsuccessfully). The NTW personnel assisting provided some tips to help determine which tire(s) are the culprit. To be clear, the NTW staff have been very helpful with this situation. In the end, NTW offered a full refund. Mr. Eaton was very understanding and helpful. I’m hesitant to purchase tires online because of this experience but that has nothing to do with NTW and their staff. I would recommend NTW to anyone looking for tires. Thank you NTW & especially Mr. Eaton.

The sales service was fine. The tires themselves tend to make more road noise than I expected. Otherwise they seem to be performing well.

Good quick service. Only issues were tires were not balanced. Weights were falling when I received them.

Keith was awesome to deal with.. only complaint was that the website would not update to track my package so no one was home to sign for my tires. So would have been 5 stars. Possibly was just a glitch in their system, but when a signature is required it's important. Love my tires and wheels!!

GREAT SHIPPING TIME! Ordered them on Wednesday morning and they where in my driveway Thursday when I came home. The tires where only 4 ply when advertised as light truck tires and couldn't find the ply rating when ordering them, but ill see how they hold up.

The order arrived quickly, complete, and correctly. Some wheels had small scratches where the black paint was marked off.
