Charlotte, I'm sorry that the order was delayed but we tried numerous times to contact you by phone, email, and text message because we needed to confirm some information about your vehicle to make sure that the kit would work. You placed the order on 1/17/22 The wheel and tire package was shipped on 1/21/22 and you received it on 1/24/22. We sent a text and an email, as well as tried calling the day that we received the order. Everytime we called, we would get a quick busy signal. We also sent more emails a few different times but received no response. I checked our inbound calls and do not see the number you provided as to ever calling in. As you mentioned, you may have called from another number, but I do not have that number to check. Between the time that you placed the order and we finally just released the order for the lift, hoping it was the correct kit, the kit went on BackOrder status and was shipped as soon as it was available. Sorry for the confusion, but we just wanted to make sure that you received the correct lift kit for your vehicle.

Chris, Your order was shipped on Jan 28th, the same day we received your order. I just tracked it and it shows that it arrived in Burlington WA on Feb 6th, but has not shown any movement since then. We will see what we can find out and get back with you as soon as find out anything. Sorry for the delay, but unfortunately, we do not have a lot of control once the order is picked up. Update: Chris, We contacted FEDEX and filed a tracer. I see that you received your order. Sorry for the delay, but as I said above, once an order leaves our building, we are pretty much at the mercy of the shipper.

Hi Scott, Sorry that you did not receive an invoice or tracking. The invoice is generated and sent by email as soon as you place the order. I believe that we sent you another copy already. The tracking information is also sent by email. A lot of times, these end up in your spam or junk mail. As far as the delivery goes, once the merchandise has been shipped, we do not have much control of how the FedEx or UPS driver delivers the merchandise. Regarding the 4th tire, I apologize for it taking so long. Due to the shortages that we are experiencing, we are sometimes having to ship merchandise from places other than our own warehouse and unfortunately, we have the same issues of having no control of them shipping as quickly as we do. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Jason, unfortunately we do not build the tires. No tire is ever exactly what the specs say plus they grow when you mount them, which you never did mount them. We do, however, advertise the actual specs on our website and no place on our website do we say that they are 33" tall. Our specs show 31.5" tall. You could not have seen the description that you are referring to on the tire until you received the tires. I am not sure why the manufacturer would put that on the tire but we show the actual specs on the page that you ordered from. I'm not sure why you expected them to be 33" tall. Sorry that you expected something different than what we describe.
