Would have gave five stars but my tpms sensors didn’t work. Tried to reset myself and the dealership did as well. Not sure what has happened but in a nutshell my tpms doesn’t work now.

Ordering was simple and delivery was extremely fast and was placed where I asked for them to be placed. One thing I don't like about the ordering process is you can't view the wheels and tires until you have gone through the entire process. It would be nice to have a page where the customer could view the items before going through all the blind choosing. Other than that the service was 5 stars.

Honest and upfront no bs

Have done business in past, this order however came FED-X with signature required. Of course I was not home, visiting family out of state. I made arrangements with my neighbor to pick them up for me, but they were not there. I finally received them after I returned home 5 days later, FED-X had put on hold. I had contacted FED-X from the note left on door my neighbor picked up and he called me and informed me of the situation. This is the first time I received signature needed order from them. Maybe policy change?? When go to their website to check on order there is no tracking info, just statement saying it was shipped.

My only complaint was the first fire we tried to order was discontinued yet it was still on their web page. However- the rep was very helpful and provided good advice to steer us toward a comparable tire and wheel package. The set was delivered as forecasted. The price was very fair. The telephone customer support was also helpful and courteous (and knowledgeable) while we were installing the lift and tires. Strongly recommend them.

Had damage on one of the wheels and these guys had it picked up the next day and reordered. All my wheels are nicely balanced and the free shipping is a great bonus.

Tpms that I ordered do not function with my truck

Customer service was great. I only give a 4 because they didn't have the tire I wanted in stock. So I went with a different one.
