Ted, It is valuable clients like yourself that we want our top notch products to satisfy, and we are sorry that it appears some of our questions within this course may have missed the mark, though we thank you for the opportunity to make it better with your candid assessment. Greetings Terri, Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave these five fantastic stars and detailed review! NTSI knows that every minute counts and we genuinely appreciate the time you took to leave both stars and a review. Did you know that NTSI was started with the fundamental belief that every driver has the ability to be safer on the road. Seriously! As you now know, since you have become a member of our safer driving family, we made this belief a reality by applying our scientifically proven formula that Values + Attitude = Behavior. This NTSI formula has led to the development of courses that drastically reduce collisions and our students also receive less traffic citations than those who have not taken our drivers courses. So thank you for being a safer driver and thank you again for this 5 star review. Stay safe out there Terri!
