I received a damaged product. I have no outlet to reach out to these folks besides a phone number that is never answered. Just received a box fan with parts missing and damaged parts.

Is it new product? I know your price is low, but I thought it is new. But, there is no Box and no earphone. There is only cell phone and charger. I'm considering refund.

Horrible. Earphones worked for 3 days then stopped working. Chord was sticky. There were bite marks all over the volume up and down buttons.

I received my item (which was a gift) mailed to me in the retail box with just a shipping label slapped on it. Very unhappy with how it got to me.

I ordered a weed trimmer from NT that was highly rated on consumer reports. Right away I noticed that the packaging had been opened previously. The battery pack ended up being defective so I called the milanufacturer. The manufacturer is sending me a new battery as a courtesy as the weed trimmer is out of warranty (NT is not an authorized dealer of Ryobi products).
