I love the speaker at first. Worked great when I first got it. Now I've had it for 2 months and it's doesn't work at all with out being plugged up. Getting a lot of static and feed back when I try to use it. I've been calling the company trying to get someone on the phone leaving messages and no response. I would like the speaker replaced but no one will call me back. Smh I'm highly upset and tickes off to the maximum. Waiting on my speaker they said they'll replace in the mail.

The company had good prices compared to other sellers and once I was installing the product I found a piece that was broken. I contacted the company and without delay hassle interrogation or any other unpleasant Q&A or attitude they simply replaced the part that was broken. Customer service was clean and simple and pleasant no hassles no bother and I would definitely purchase from them in the future.

I purchased replacements for my Bose Mie2 headset from NT Electronics, which was selling them for about $20 cheaper than elsewhere on the internet. The product arrived quickly, contains all parts, and works fine, but the packaging was torn and beaten up, and the headphones weren't in the clear plastic packaging where the shape indicated that they were supposed to be, so I briefly panicked when I opened the shipping package. Still happy with the purchase, though - the headphones work and appear to be clean, which is what really matters.

Does seem to get hung up occasionally and have to move it. Is noisy, but I can live with that. Seems to pick up good though. I am impressed for the price.
