Quick delivery and quality product
Quick delivery. Product was in great shape (open box purchase). Only problem was wrong charging cable.

This is an update to a previous review. I received an item that had cracked glass in it and was unable to reach anyone to rectify the situation which led to my low review. Fortunately, the company has since reached out to me and apologized for the difficulty and rectified the situation in a timely fashion. Their kindness and willingness to make it right went a long way towards changing my feelings about this company. Therefore, I would like to change my one star rating to a 4 star rating.

The headphones are great and the…
The headphones are great and the delivery was speedy. Only problem is that the padding on the headphones are already coming up on one of the cups. I don't know if NT is to blame about this? I mean, I guess I'll eventually have to replace them but it's just disappointing that is looking like that on just the second day.

The price was great and the headphones…
The price was great and the headphones I ordered arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Four stars instead of five because the box has obviously been opened - the manufacturer's seal was broken. The item had not been listed as an open box purchase but because of the price and the box having been opened being the only issue I am pleased with the purchase.
