The tax reps were very informative, and very professional. They really put me at ease.

I feel like I have not been properly represented for the money we spent. The issues with the IRS were not really negotiated to our best interests. We still ended up paying more taxes than our adjusted gross income for 2011 & 2012. We are not wealthy and work for missions voluntarily and needed the tax breaks there at the time and the IRS refused them even after the agent in Hawaii said she did not know how to handle ministerial expenses.

The whole organization worked hard to help get me in compliance. we had obstacles along the way, Hurricane Irma being one. NTC stayed on top of things and got things straight. Very professional and friendly.

After making my own payments to the IRS to pay off my tax debt, NTC stated that they would lower my debt, get me in good standings with the IRS and help settle my tax issue. I was told by NTC to stop paying payments because they were going to stop the pentalties and interest rate. After a year and a half allowing NTC to “handle” the IRS for me, it turns out they did absolutely NOTHING but put me a year and a half further behind and in deeper debt with the IRS. Oh and let’s not forget the $5,500 it cost me to have them take my case and do nothing but take the money and run. I couldn’t get a returned phone call, email reply or a damn letter sent to me until the day I left a voicemail that I was dropping them. I requested all the info packets I sent them be sent back to me and here we are 3 1/2 years later and I have not gotten those back either. Surprise Surprise!!!! Don’t be an idiot like I was and use someone else.... heck anyone else.

Ask 3 times to have my 2016 taxes amended to include my health care subsidies to date it has not been done I lost my subsidie for that reason now I have to pay a penalty for the 8 months I didn't have coverage. I am still waiting for the letter from IRS stating I am in a uncollectable status That's been since april.

I have found the sales department to be upfront and well prepared when dealing with customers They presented the program thoroughly and were clear with their. Program and what to expect . I only hope the next phase goes as smooth.

Not only was NTC was professional and courteous but they produced better results than I expected. I am a very satisfied customer.
