Incomplete order received
I ordered the Solars Gen 2 and the Magi lenses. I only received the Solars Gen 2 but not the Magi Lenses. I have sent THREE EMAILS and tried to respond to a text from NSPRE, but have received NO response via text nor email. I recommended this company to several of my peers, to which some have made purchases. I just want my Magi lense which I paid for. I don’t know if the lenses were to come in a separate box as only the Solars Gen 2 was in the box. Inside then box there is a paper that has the Magi Lenses being checked off as sent, but they were not in the box. The website does not seem to have a way to contact them about this issue. The Solars Gen 2 seem to be fine, but the customer Service leaves so much to be desired. My order # was 1644, as I still would like to receive what I paid for.
