This place took an order for 2 glasses in March. Took the money and never sent the items or responded to my inquires. They then rebranded and changed their webite address to some variant name. They did not respond to any emails to their updated address. They took my $150 and ran.

Can I please be provided on how I can purchase a replacement screen? To reach out to this company is extrenely hard. The idea to support a young entrepreneur is the driven force but it is almost impossible to place a replacement order. Veronacooperrose@ gmail.com

I placed two orders. Date 3/26/22 & 3/22/22 one pair suppose to been the blk eclipse and the second pair eclipse moon! I got to confirmation emails with order numbers. That’s the last I done received from them. That’s a total of 169$ waste. And it’s no way to talk to anyone.

I placed a preorder for some bluetooth glasses. April came and nothing. No emails no updates. I have sent emails and messages to them. Someone responded once and said orders are shipping out in May. Nothing received and no tracking. I have given up messaging them. I have asked for a refund and no response. The ig account has not been updated and you can not comment on the posts that are posted. Emails are being returned. So they have taken more than my money I see from reviews. It’s so hard to do business with some of the black owned companies. A ripoff.

I placed an order in March for glasses and never received any update. I've tried to contact them multiple times. I guess at some point they moved their website. I tried contacting them directly on there new sites help chat interface (NO RESPONSE). I will likely file a claim with American Express. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone trust this company.

This customer placed his order on 1/3/2022 for a Crewneck order released on 1/1/2022. This customers order was picked up on January 8, 2022. After checking with all support teams, no email correspondence has been received from this customer on any issues with his order. Because his order was picked up on 1/8/2022 by USPS in which this customer has a tracking for, the item is no longer in our procession. If any issues were brought to our attention we could simply looked into this order, however, this customer will need to connect with USPS on their package. All obligations were met by our team successfully 5 days after order was placed and unfortunately we were unaware of any issues pertaining to this customer because no correspondence was sent to us for any assistance. I can confirm this was picked up along with 150 other orders on 1/8/2022.
