I have not received my purchase and…
I have not received my purchase and it’s going on a month. It has not been shipped yet. You only refunded one order! Don’t try to do me! I asked for a refund for one of my purchases, like I said, I never received my glasses and it’s been a month! 2715, I have USPS tracking but I have yet to receive it. This was from August 25. I have been waiting for my package.

Hi, Both of your orders were cancelled and refunded upon your request. You made two separate orders in which you asked us to cancel—therefore no orders were required to be shipped. Order Request One: Tried to pay for it in 4 installments but it took the full amount off my card. Order Request Two: Forgot to use 50%off code. On both of these request you asked that we refund the money to your card. This was done in August 20th and August 21st. Best Update: We have two separate return request for orders 2715 & order 2711. Both orders were cancelled, I will forward this to billing to confirm why the 2nd order was cancelled and not refunded and have resolve it upon our billing team return. However, we do indeed have return request on both of your orders requesting payment for the reasons above. A email confirmation will be sent shortly confirming both return request along with a ticket number for billing.
