These people are liars they will pull the bait and switch tactic on all customers

This company is a bait and switch scam. We order to transports to two different locations. on the day of pickup, they said driver broke down and they would send another truck. When truck showed, he wanted an extra $1500.00. we had to cancel contract. The next day when the 2nd truck was due, after pickup time, they said the other transport truck broke down, but they would send a second truck for an extra $1000.00. Then argued that about cancelling say you can't get anybody cheap. He tried to keep me on the phone to wear me down. i cancelled. missed my flight because of the scam. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM company, do not use, they had to change the company name from hyper auto to NRG, because of so many bad reviews, it’s the same crooks just a different name, I have a snap shot of a $200.00 Zelle to me to remove all my one star reviews, if it’s a different company why you paying me cash. They scam artist do not use this company

This company was not good they booked my brother's truck the day of them picking up did not have a driver. No communication very disappointed in the broker that I booked through.

Was quoted $300 for shipping my vehicle. Asked repeatedly about not wanting to see changes in price as I have seen/heard of this before. Sale rep guaranteed there would be no issue. Signed contract and then day of pickup they called 5 hours beforehand and told me price would be $500. When I complained, they said they quote what the thing the price will be, but then have to charge what the driver "demands" for pickup. Shouldn't quote a number if you can't come close to honoring the price.

CLASSIC BAIT'nd'switch untrustable business. After many texts back and Forth with a dispatcher or broker (...whatever ) from the NRG TRANSPORTATION LLC MC:1690404, DOT 4329853 ph # 1(716)250-3110 REGISTERED AT : 641 Lexington AVe 13th floor NY,10022 and have a contract signed and 30 minutes before the schedule car pick up, this brokerage carrier or Indian call centre scammer just told me THERE WOULD BE A SLIGHT PRICE DIFFERENCE : from $550 to $900, THIS SCAMMER stated that this is how the business transportation works !!!

SCAM company do not use, I lost $3,500 they changed the price by &1,500 more the day before, told me a lie about arrival date , had to spend $2,000 on rental. Do not use Bait and switch

For the TLDR, never consider hiring these people. They were inconsistent on the quoted price and did not meet me at the time assigned. We were under signed contract and they were still unable to provide proper servicing. Here are some choice words that I would use to describe this company, Unethical, Liars, Deceptive, Repugnant, Despicable, Phony, Fraud, Fabricated, Irresponsible, Hypocritical, Cheat, Deluder, Vile, Villainous, Detestable, Abhorrent, Horrible, Terrible, No-good, Bad, Heinous, Wicked, Scummy, Lousy, Dysfunctional, Toxic, Unsupportive, Poorly Managed, Untrustworthy, Inadequate, Subpar, Awful, Futile, Ineffective, Unaccountable, Repulsive, Disgusting, Pitiable, Sickening, Oblivious, Uninformed, Clueless, Deflective, Foolish, and any other additionally negative comment that you would like to state. I was attempting to transport my vehicle from TX to OK, a short drive in relation to what it could have been. They quoted me one price, led me on to believe that I had a driver, let me drive the whole way there, and then let me know that I did not actually have a driver available for my services. James Kane was my dispatcher. I had to text them every time that I wanted an update. James, not once, never gave me an update on their own volition and time. James stated that the drivers were "not responding" to him. By the time he let me know, I had already travelled 4 hours on my own time to meet them at the contracted location at the assigned time. After stating such, he continued by letting me know that he would try to get a driver on the same day and if he was unable to, he would get a driver for the next day. He sent a text message that said, "The latest tomorrow yeap." I was understanding in knowing that things happen and faults happen as such. However, James was unable to find another driver for the day, so I not only had to pay for my own fuel and missed a day of work, but now I was having to stay a night in a town that I no longer had residence in. I was not too concerned with finding a place to stay but imagine had I not had friends to stay with. I would have had the cost of a hotel as well. James did not claim fault for the miscommunication or apologize for the additional time and money that I had to spend out of pocket. The conversation then continued by me asking, "Will they be here around 1-2pm" and James plainly stated, "yes." So I stayed another day with the hopes that he was not lying and misleading me. In the morning, I texted James again and he only, just then, sent me a screenshot of the messages he had sent a driver. The messages stated "Can you take it today?" as if James had not communicated that I needed delivery on that day prior to the day. The driver, of course, stated that they were unable to as such. I was maybe okay for another day if the charges were not going to increase. However, the conversation continued with him more than doubling my originally quoted price (230% increase). In that moment, I knew what kind of despicable company this was. James then tried to shift the blame onto the truck drivers. In that instant, I let him know that I no longer needed his services. After that, I drove home another 4 hours and am now left with finding another way to tow my vehicle after wasting 2 entire business days. Here are those words I would use to describe this company again, Unethical, Liars, Deceptive, Repugnant, Despicable, Phony, Fraud, Fabricated, Irresponsible, Hypocritical, Cheat, Deluder, Vile, Villainous, Detestable, Abhorrent, Horrible, Terrible, No-good, Bad, Heinous, Wicked, Scummy, Lousy, Dysfunctional, Toxic, Unsupportive, Poorly Managed, Untrustworthy, Inadequate, Subpar, Awful, Futile, Ineffective, Unaccountable, Repulsive, Disgusting, Pitiable, Sickening, Oblivious, Uninformed, Clueless, Deflective, Foolish, and any other additionally negative comment that you would like to state.
