I do not recommend this company due to contract not being honored. The price was changed and my car was picked up 6 days later from original date on contract. I was told if I did not pay the new price that it would take 3 weeks before he would deliver it. His name is James Kane. Horrible communication throughout the entire process. His assistant repeatedly would hang up on us when asked questions she did not have answers to. She even blocked one of my numbers. They did not care or have any sense of urgency to pick my car up who they told me to leave unlocked with personal items in it due to me moving and I left on the actually day it was due to be picked up but once again, they didn’t come until 6 days later. Contract stated pickup on 15th and delivered on 19th. Actual date they finally picked up was on the 21st and delivered on today which is Christmas, the 25th. This was not a good experience and I will not be referring them to anyone.

Just as I was warned from so many other carriers. Locked in with contract for 400.00 all in and total price. When it came time the all in price changed to 800.00 with a story about few people transporting to Florida . I was totally flexible with dates. No apologies just excuses.

Never picked my vehicle up after scheduling it three times . Lied about shipping it in enclosed carrier cancelled it then said they were sending open carrier but at the same cost. Never showed Then rescheduled only not to show again Each time it cost me 40 dollars to pay a person to wait at my house as I was in NY already. I then had to get another company at 400 more as I needed my care. This was May 2025. Now I get a text if I want to ship my car back to Florida because they did such a great job lol.. The agent insisted they picked my car up back in May and shipped it too NY. He said I probably didn't remember they did it . OMG 😱 Stay as far away as possible from them. See text from them below It was a bit longer ago - in May, maybe thats why you dont remember well I guess you are confusing me to someone else sir. My driver Bob delivered the truck to you in 22nd of May/ 2025 to NY. I might not remember, but my system does! And it clearly shows the shipment status completed, and it was delivered. In total it was $1200 My driver Alberto delivered it

Has a schedule pick up. They call me 2 hrs before pick they could not do it. They could set up a third party pickup but would cost double of what they asked. If you can't provide the service don't agree. We have to make changes to work schedules and then at last minute its something else.

Definitely Bait and Switch. They quoted me a price that was lower than all the rest. I checked with the sales person MANY times to make sure they were all set. On the morning of the move, they contacted me and said the price would be double. The truck they had planned to move my car on wasn't available. Now they had to use a 5 car truck instead of a 9 car truck. All kinds of BS to jack up the price. In the end, I had a deadline and had to pay them. The sales person later told me that all these auto shipping places use the same board to find truckers to move your car. The price will be the same plus or minus $100 to pay the sales person. Don't use any company that doesn't guarantee the price, and don't wait until you have a deadline. Please read all the one star reviews before using this company.

SCAM -- $150 rate quoted to move a car 105 miles Then the price and time started to go up! There is some board for all drivers to see - like an auction house - my car has a $475 price on & climbing every day! - as of Two hours ago its now at $750 I never signed a contract and I'm getting text messages of many people waisting their time thinking this is a valid offer

We plan ahead and we had a quote and date for the move ready to go weeks in advance. The week of the move, Daniel from NRG, didn't confirm our Saturday (8/30) move date. we had to constantly ask if someone was coming. Then on the date of the move, Daniel asked us to move the date out. Then he played the bait and switch and said someone could move us for about 30% more than we agreed to. We switched last minute and found a better deal. I would never use this company or Daniel - incredible scam!

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, ALL THE POSITIVE ONES ARE FAKE The first time I used this company, they left me stranded and upcharged me double what I had contractually agreed for the day before my car shipped. It is in their business model. They will call you the day before saying that their car broke down. The second time I decided to use them was because they said that they would offer me a discount if I deleted my previous negative review. I did and it was a massive mistake. They upcharged me yet again and my car arrived 3 weeks after it was supposed to. DO NOT USE NRG TRANSPORTATION
