ALEX was absolutely great to work with his communication was excellent, his customer service was excellent. There was a problem with the first driver and he corrected it right away and got everything taken care of immediately will definitely use him again.

The price point was about the same as all of the companies I looked into. Most quoted a low price to get my attention then jacked it up after we communicated. Nrgs price did not change from quote to delivery. My vehicle was picked up the same day. Alex arranged everything exactly as we agreed upon and answered all of my questions before I signed the contract. I was very nervous to choose a shipper bc once I signed up I was bombarded by texts and calls and read about so many peoples bad experiences. My vehicle was picked up Thursday night in Vermont (same night I booked) and delivered to North Carolina on Saturday morning. Everything went smoothly and I’m glad I chose this option out of the hundreds of others.

Mike stayed in constant communication with me. He got my car to me at a better price than the others I contacted. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is because the auto transport industry can be a scary place for those who don't use it much or are new to it. Mike was working with several drivers to get me the best price and quickest delivery. That resulted in some confusion at times. In the end, he connected me with a reputable and honest driver who was friendly and who delivered my car faster than the competitors could. Thank you Mike and NRG Transportation.
