Good Experience .Good Way to buy Vehicles

I leased a Kia Optima Hybrid on NowCar back in Sept 2018. I leased it with $500 down, and $254 per month. The car was delivered to me in about 5 days to my home in Florida (it came from Miami Lakes Auto Mall as mentioned above.) The only issue I had is that they put in the wrong floor mats for a different model Kia... I called them and they immediately shipped me the correct mats. After 2 years, I turned it back in to my local Kia dealership and paid the $400 lease end fee (which was originally disclosed). I am looking at leases again now through NowCar.com The biggest factor for me is the pricing, which is/was to the penny as it was quoted. And most Florida dealers tack on extra "dealer prep" fees or "document" fees (over $1,600 at one Kia dealer I checked out) but NowCar doesn't do that. Anyway, NowCar did a great job in my opinion, and well worth shopping them against the rest.

This post is an update to an earlier post re my recent experience with nowcar.com,aka Miami lakes Auto Mall. In my earlier post I wrote that I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition and within the forecasted 2 1/2 months delivery schedule but , not enough was said about the outstanding customer service I received not only during the ordering and build period but also after delivery. Once delivery was made my sales rep, Nathaly Contreras, could have easily forgotten about the sale but instead she continued to be sure that everything was in order. Specifically, before the temporary one month registration expired she wanted to be sure that I received the permanent registration. In addition she checked with their title department to be sure the refund due to me from transferring my Florida tags to the new vehicle was on track. When the refund was delayed she intervened and facilitated the shipment of a $317 refund. In summary, during every step of the entire process Nathaly stayed on top of the situation constantly updating me on the order status many times late in the evening or on week ends,then following up even after the sale. I have to admit that I had my doubts about nowcar.com based on a few negative reports on the web plus the unknown effects of being under the umbrella of a super large new car dealership, Miami lakes Auto Mall. At this point I can only say that the nowcar.com on line new car buying experience with the guidance and help of Nathaly was totally professional, efficient, reliable, and easy to implement. Of the nine new car purchases that I've made over a lifetime this one was clearly the easiest. Finally, to top it off nowcar.com delivered my 2021 Telluride to my residence for a price of MSRP plus $115( includes ALL misc fees and transfer of FL tags exc state tax). I don’t know of any FL dealership that can come even within a few thousand of what I paid and I checked out many.

Buying our Telluride through nowcar was a pleasant experience. After speaking with several local dealers unsuccessfully it was refreshing to deal with Nathaly at Nowcar. She was efficient, had great communication with us and made buying a car easy!! Not to mention better pricing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Nathaly was professional and highly responsive to explain each step and answer questions throughout the buying process. The price was better than at local dealers. I would buy on NowCar again in the future.

I just received my brand new Kia Rio yesterday and I am so very happy with both the car and how simple this process was. I can’t attest to what normal dealership experiences are like as this is my first car buying experience, but the idea of going to multiple dealerships and then having to haggle with the salesman for the price was not appealing at all to me. That’s why NowCar was the perfect option for me! They have multiple ways to search for the car you want, depending on how good of an idea you already have of what you are looking for. You can search directly by make and model if you know exactly what you want or you can do a general search by body type and features you want included. Then, you are able to look at the financing options and see what you would pay monthly, unless you want to pay outright which is also an available option. The next step is putting down a $500 deposit once you know which car you want and what options you want to proceed with. You will get it back later and for me, it never actually charged my card. There was just a temporary hold for that amount that was pending and then disappeared. Then you will be assigned an agent that will walk you through the rest of the process, mine was Nathaly. She was really great and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) in a really friendly and enthusiastic manner. She was very patient in explaining what all of the steps would be and how any information I gave them would be used. Your agent will search all of NowCar’s partners to find a car with the exact configuration you put in for your dream car. If they can’t find it, they will offer similar ones (usually just a different color) that would be immediately available or they will offer to do a factory order for you. They will then contact the dealership that has your car and secure both the vehicle and financing for you. I actually got better financing when they spoke to the dealer than what was originally expected on the order page. Once that is secure, they will send a notary to your house to witness you signing all of the necessary paperwork. When they get the paperwork back your down payment, and proof of insurance, your car can be shipped directly to your door! Mine came all the way to Arizona from Florida! My entire experience with them was completed through email with the exception of the notary. Over 50 emails and just under 2 weeks later, I have my own Rio in the color that I wanted with the technology package that I was looking for. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely professional and gave me the impression that they were just as committed and excited about the car as I was. For anyone worried that this is a scam, I do understand. I saw the reviews and they all mentioned the same agent and I was worried when I was assigned the same one. But this is the real deal and Nathaly deserves all of the praise the reviews give her. This may be my only car buying experience but it’s been a great one and I know I’ll be buying any future cars through NowCar too!
