We bought a Kia Telluride from Nowcar. The price was great (better than local dealers) and included delivery, title, etc. The company was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. It made an online car buying experience very smooth. It basically is from a Miami Lakes dealership they has excellent pricing and communication. Would definitely use the service again.

Nathaly was great to work with on ordering our new Kia Telluride SXP. She emailed me once a month (starting March 2021) while on the waiting list and promptly notified me when an allocation was available (August 2021). From that point she kept in contact once a week with updates on delivery status. There were no surprises. The paperwork signing process involving Maverick went smoothly. Delivery of the Telluride was on time (arrived Nov. 15), the temp. tag was in the glove box so it won't get stolen and the Telluride arrived in perfect condition! Also, it was a very nice surprise to have a full tank of fuel - thank you! I have purchased and sold many cars over the years and this was the first time purchasing a vehicle strictly online. I had read positive reviews about NowCar and Nathaly and they were correct. I would highly recommend NowCar - they do exactly what they say on their website.

I found out about NowCar on a Kia Telluride car site. I checked into it, put my name in with NowCar's Nathaly customer service rep. We had several email exchanges and she explained the process of buying my Telluride. The entire process went very smoothly and I am now a very happy Telluride owner and satisfied NowCar customer!

During these troubling times, it's challenging to find the most basic needs. Dealerships have never been my favorite place to visit. Before I discovered NowCar, I was frustrated and disgusted with the overcharges and games that dealerships are now playing.    I have always been skeptical about online car websites. Nathaly, from NowCar, was truly amazing. She found the car I wanted for my daughter, sent me pictures, emailed me a quote and she even included different options for financing. Also there were, NO DEALER FEES or any up charges! What a great experience. What a pleasure to deal with an honest, caring person.

Had a great experience with NowCar purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. Every dealership I researched was well above MSRP, but not NowCar. Nathaly was a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Answered all my questions. All from the comfort of my own home. If you’re on the fence purchasing a vehicle online, go for it. You won’t regret it.

The best car buying experience hands down from start to finish!! I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them. Never go to the dealership again as this is by far the best and cheapest way to purchase a car.
