Because a car with my preferences was not in stock, they also gave me the option of buying a different car (e.g., different color, different options, etc.). Once they were able to obtain my preferred car, the process went smoothly. I dealt with Nathaly from beginning to end, and she kept me informed every step of the way. She always responded very quickly to any questions I had, and the process went forward without any surprises. The car was delivered to my home, and earlier than expected. Everyone I communicated with was friendly, professional, and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend NowCar to anyone.
