I'm a fairly new customer to NovoNode and so far I'm extremely impressed. Absolutely amazing customer support, very professional and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. I'm currently using minecraft, web and vps hosting.. everything I need for my server is with NovoNode and I have no doubt that my server is in great hands with this company. Highly recommend!

It is a good hosting company and I recommend 100% that you buy your ts or minecraft servers here, great support and all the novonode cracks :))

I recently purchased web hosting from Novonode, attracted by the wealth of features and the cheap prices. So far everything is great - the one issue I've had was resolved quickly by the support team. Staff know what they are doing and it is nice to see management responding in tickets, showing they care. It's still early days, so I'll update this review at a later point as I use their services. So far so good! Update: I've been with NovoNode for over a year now, and it's been great. Whenever there is an issue, which is rare, the staff team deal with it quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the speedy response on support tickets.

Got some help with my vitrual private server not working as it should. Had to change my ip but now it works! Always will do business with Novonode!

They helped me always i needed, there was this staff Skylar who was really patient with me and made me save my time and he was always poliet to me!
