I got my replacement super quick. Gabrielle from Novilla team was awesome. She communicated well about the ptoblems i have using the mattress and immediately ordered a replacement. I removed one star because of the actually quality of mattress. My first mattress was hybrid and within few months it became completely unusable with hip pains. Now iam using the memory foam(bliss) and this thing is god send.

I bought a Novilla mattress top after buying one for my grandson. His was great. I slept on it for 21 days. When I got home from my visit I decided to get one for my bed. My top did not inflate like the other one. I text Customer service and they got right back with me through email. After many tries trying to make it inflate and sleeping on it for 30 days, it still didn't work. The company sent me a new mattress top and so far it is great! No complaints.

Had an issue with inflation and comfort of they hybrid mattress and Novilla customer service rep Tracy handled it with grace and satisfied out concerns quickly. Back to sleeping in comfort. Thank you.

Had a slight inconvenience with a mattress I got from them and overall, the issue was resolved with little to no issue. 1 star is missing because it was all email-based communication and speaking on the phone would have cut the time down drastically. Solid company either way.

I was using medium firm mattress,after some months I developed back pain. But seller provided me reasonable refund to compensate.

I ordered a 12 inch queen mattress but, unfortunately, it only inflated to 10.5 inches. I worked with Aring, who helped come to a solution. We ended up compensating the difference since shipping the fully inflated mattress would have been a hassle. Of course, no one wants issues with their order but, they made coming to a solution very stress free.

Love the mattress, hybrid, however, one of the queen mattresses I purchased did not expand to its requirements. I could not return it to them but they gave me a 70% refund.

The Novilla hybrid mattress is a great value. It’s a little firm which I like but not overly so. The price is unbeatable and it contains no fiberglass. The only issue is shipping. You have no ability to select shipping company and FedEx in the metro Atlanta area is the worst! It will take 3-4 times longer than you anticipate….just a heads up if you’re located in that area.
