Great mattress soft and firm all in one!! Purity 12in. Mattress is great! Also great customer service!!

We have bought three Novilla mattresses to date and have been more than happy with the purchases. We had one minor quality issue with a topper cover and they went beyond to resolve. They stand 100 percent behind their products and I’m 100 percent behind the quality of their mattresses.

I reluctantly bought a Mattress In A Box.. From Novilla.. But I’m so happy I did.. because this Mattress is so comfortable and it fits my every posture.. I have bone on bone arthritis in both hips and knees and I searched for the perfect Mattress with no avail.. Until I decided to go for it & get a Mattress In A Box.. They had great reviews & It sounded like this was the mattress for me.. And I was right. Not to mention, I bought it in 2023, and it got damaged recently and Novilla replaced my Mattress at no cost to me.. You won’t be sorry! I Promise!

Gabrielle was an amazing customer service representative. I had ordered the 12 inch king mattress. It was delivered on time in good condition. The bed failed to expand to the full 12 inch depth. Expanded to about 10inches. Still incredibly comfortable and of good quality. Great bed. I simply wrote to Novilla and said "I am satisfied, but paid for 12" and it's only expanded to 10". Not super easy to return once unpacked. Gabriella and her team assisted me and made it right. I appreciate that very much. Did I say it's an amazingly comfortable bed? Love it

I had some questions about my new memory foam mattress and they are SO responsive and quick replies to emails as well as great follow-up!!! I am so impressed! And I love the mattress. I ordered a 12 inch and it is about 11.5 and just fine. It is in a guest room so it hasn't been slept on yet but it looks fabulous. There were initially some wrinkles on one side due to the folding process but those resolved. No odor and I love that everything I read said it was fiberglass free. This is a great company.

I had a question about getting the promotionnel free pillows and was initially told that i did not qualify however after revisiting the issues i was sent the pillows. great service great price bedding.

My experience with customer service was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations!! They replaced a 2 year old mattress I was having problems with by giving me the next model up without charge. Truly happy that they honored their 10 year warranty!! Highly recommend!!

When i ordered by mistake i mispelled my email address,i contacted customer support and tracy got back in touch with me within 24hours and corrected mt mistake,then i had not received a tracking number just before the second day after ordering the mattress ,i contacted tracy again and right away i had a tracking number ,the matress arrived exactly when they said it would ,about 4business days , i have mattress pit it in place and even though it says to allow 72hours for it to gain its shape i began sleeping on it within 8hpirs and wow what a great matress,now it has beenn and ver 48hours and it has gained its full shape and i am resting so much better no wakeing up stiff anymore,you see i have a hurniated disc in my back and severe arthritis in both hips ,and before the sthis i slept onn a spring mattress that was about 5years old wheni woke up in the A.m. i was always hurting and stiff and unable to sleep well but NOW IT IS SO WONDERFUL I SLEEP BETTER ,the stiffness after two nights on the novilla mattress has almost disappeared , i am SO HAPPY WITH THIS MATTRESS AND SERVICE THANKS NOVILLA
