Novilla has been an amazing company to work with. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress, and they worked with me on an exchange. I am so happy to get my guest bedroom all set up!

I have been searching web for a mattress that fits my needs and after reading many reviews landed at the Novilla Mattress website. I was very pleased with the ease of using the customer service text support option and happy with the mattress model suggestions. I did choose one of those options and will leave another review after receiving my mattress and trying it out for awhile.

The mattress was too firm for me, but the customer service was exceptional. They went out of their way to provide different options and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Their communication was always timely, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

We love our mattress!! As I got further into my pregnancy our tempurpedic was much too soft. This one was super affordable and a great switch! More firm but not rock hard.

I purchased the Novilla Serenity Hybrid Mattress and also 2 Novilla down Alternative Pillows. The prices for the mattress and pillows was a great value. I have slept on them for a week now and am very satisfied. The very first night I had the best restful sleep. Thanks for great products. Nancy
