I bought a mattress over a year ago and it started to become uncomfortable 😣 at this point I was afraid nothing would be done but boy was I wrong this company have kept close contact with me to satisfy me that made me feel better asking what they can do to make me happy 😃 all I can say is I love it here!!!

Ho acquistato una rete per letto matrimoniale, facile da montare e tutto perfettamente funzionate. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una vite e il servizio clienti mi ha proposto il rimborso. Per tutto il tempo della risoluzione del problema il servizio clienti è rimasto in contattato con me tenendosi informato sulla stato dell'accredito dell'importo e la soddisfazione del cliente.

I ordered the wrong mattress and didn’t realize it until I got the shipping email. I contacted customer service right away and they were able to cancel that order and get me the correct mattress with no hassle! I absolutely love their customer service.
