Novilla MattressReviews of novilla.net

The company was quick to answer my email. And have checked back on me to make sure there was nothing else at needed addressed.

Wonderful customer service. Easy to work with and fast responses. Would work with you again!

Novilla has the best customer service. They care about any issues and are extremely willing to make it right. The Mattress we have is very comfortable for the price we paid. I would definitely put Novilla in the category of Great value for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

Great mattress at an excellent price. I did All the research, compared with the Zinus 10" Green tea mattress, and the Linnenspa 10" hybrid on Amazon. After reading All the reviews, I decided to go with the Novilla 10" hybrid. Best decision I ever made. I'm a stomach/side sleeper with back problems, and this mattress has me sleeping like a baby! The mattress is firm, but the pillow top makes it extremely comfortable. Bye, bye back pain, hello sleep! Customer service is also top notch. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Ran into an issue with comfort. Novilla sent me a topper and I am sleeping the best sleep of my life again

I had some initial concerns about the mattress inflating. I reached out and received wonderful customer service and the follow up was shockingly Excellent !! Thanks again.

The customer service I received was excellent, expeditious, fair and courteous. They truly made me feel like they cared about my situation. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time!
