I ordered several Christmas gifts from Noveltygift.store, which I thought was a reliable company based on commercial video ad on Facebook. However, the link they sent to me to track my shipment was not link to an actual tracking no. and now such links to my shipment and actual order are no longer valid and cannot be viewed. I have sent an email to the email address provided, but no response and no merchandised received. I totally agree with other comments. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BE FOOL BY THEIR ADS!

I ordered an item off of an Instagram ad. The ad was very impressive, however I have not received the item ordered. The tracking number I was sent has never connected to an actual shipment. Now the link to the website, noveltygift.store, no longer exists. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of earphones and the tracking method was not updated so I didn't have the information about my shipment. I tried to contact the customer service and they never replied.

Cannot contact the site. Domain is for sale. Lost $39 just for being stupid enough to trust them before looking for reviews. Live and learn.

this is my first time purchase in online store, before my purchase worry my light will broken, but when i received my light , it is seems good, package well. I already use it , and before i received my item, ask customer service to track my item , they tell me my tracking number and information, good light bulbs and good service.

Fraudulent company!!! Avoid at all costs. Ordered a smart watch which they advertised on Facebook but was sent a fitness tracker instead.
