SCAM, SCAM! Don’t lose your money! I got Bio-Collagen Face mask1 pack x 4 pcs. due Facebook advertising, it was in July and it hasn’t arrived. They don’t answer emails. And they don’t have a phone number to call. Horrible experience.

Horrible shopping experience. Scam!! Ordered Harry Potter earbuds but still haven't got it over 2 months. Emailed customer service and they agreed to refund within 7-28 working days. However, never got their refund over 2 months. Emailed them again but bounced back!!! They cheat money. Avoid to buy and lost yours.

I ordered the Harry Potter Egg Lamp over 2 months ago. Advice were around 2-5 weeks for delivery. I messaged customer service a month ago & they said it were on its way, & to wait a little longer. I contacted them again a couple of weeks later, & they said my package was lost in the mail & asked if I wanted them to send me another or did I want a refund. They said if I wanted another sending, they'd send me a new tracking number. I asked for another sending. A week later I'd still heard nothing back so I chased it up. Still no reply, so I asked for a refund. Guess what, still no reply. Tried to message again today, & I get an email back saying my message can't be sent. I think they may have blocked me, & have no intention of refunding me.

Total scam my best mate brought harrypotter earbuds for birthday they never arrived contract there customers support they said they most got lost in the shipping give me two choices one to resend the order or refund give them second chance to resend them never received the second pair either email them bck and ask them for refund still waiting refund

Absolute scam. Fake tracking. No refund. Avoid!!!

They have ZERO customer service and no accountability. I’ve emailed 20 times and even reached out to my bank that later shut my account done because I asked for a refund on my item. It’s been over a year not an email refund or product has been received.

No star! I order 3 Earphones that never arrived for Christmas! I ordered a 3 pair of earphones and the tracking method was not updated so I didn't have the information about my shipment. I tried to contact the customer service and they never replied.***** Fraud*** Scam*** Report them to your bank as a fraud company and they will help you get your money back!!!****
