We have worked with them for several years and multiple deals For growth stage companies, the process is simpler and more accessible when compared to the old, broken legacy approach of banks and equity investors. Novel leverages technology to simplify the application process and base decisions more on a quantitative view of a company rather then one based solely on a subject analysis. The terms are quite fair and the team is very supportive. You get the benefit of non-diluting debt without the exhausting and limiting application process of banks.
