Lucas was outstanding. Very personable, professional, and knew his craft well enough to easily and quickly answer all of my questions.

My Nova rep. was Mr. John Baker. He was so kind and concerned about giving me as much information about the extended warranty for my vehicle as possible. He asked questions such as, if I was an AARP member? Because my husband and I are, he was able to waive my enrollment fee of $250.00. That’s huge to me! He went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I owe him a big “thank you” for making my experience a great one.
