Had no problems with service, but the transparent hologram small rectangle stickers are not as tamper evident as shown in the video. I had to rub the sticker on very VERY hard in order for it to peel off as it does in the video.

The shipping was to expensive since there is no option for using USPS just for domestic USA :( My items order suppose fit into just cheaper cost for USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope which cost near $5 or $6; Or Flat Rate Box depend on my order, cause I don't think the sticker that thick will be easily bend or fold during mail ; rather then using fedex or ups regular only cost high at near $10.

We're glad to hear you liked the product. But we're sorry to hear you thought the shipping was too expensive, though the delivery cost was quoted in advance of your placing the order. We only ship with carriers that have the highest performance, which includes the highest successful delivery rate and on-time performance. With FedEx and UPS, the product also can be tracked and it is fully insured. And you always have the option of using your FedEx or UPS account for the billing, which might save you some money. Please let us know if you had a problem with the shipping. You paid for exceptional delivery service. If you did not get it, we will reduce the shipping cost to match USPS.

I don't really know why these stickers are so damn expensive they cant possibly be that hard to manufacture and they are just plastic. Also shipping was way over priced. But I needed them so I guess it is what it is. 3 stars is because I feel like I got gouged on the price. But the product and delivery were 5 star.

Thanks for your on-line order and feedback. We’re glad you liked the product and service, but we’re sorry to hear you thought the price was high. You bought 250 of our PREMIUM non residue security labels for $55.75 delivered, which averages out to about $.22/label. If you honor us with a future purchase, here are some cost saving tips: 1) consider buying at least 1 year’s supply to reduce your unit cost -- a roll of 1000 labels would be about $.175/label for a 20% savings, and 2) ship on your UPS account for a 17% reduction on the invoice for an order of 250 labels, and 3) consider our STANDARD non residue security labels which are priced 10% lower.

Sorry we were slow (1 week) to credit back the sales tax. Thanks for your comment, which helped us discover that one of our new customer service reps needed a bit more training.
