NovaVision Inc.Reviews of novavisioninc.com

NovaVision was completely out of stock of the product that we needed yesterday. They personally called me to inform me and offered an alternate (darn near identical) product for just the cost to ship overnight since that's what I specified on my original order. They emailed me pictures and discussed the product with me and ensured it arrived the next day as promised. Way to follow through with your customers! These days that seems to be a lost art in the business world. Thank you!!

very helpful staff- offered good suggestions, prices reasonable for this product- sort of like insurance- you hate to pay but missing your things is worse. thanks!!!!!

Everything went smooth as silk. Thanks you all are very efficient....

Customer Service told me they couldn't do what I wanted and respectfully educated me why. It was actually refreshing and very helpful! I ended up going a different rout with there products and it turned out amazing.
