Very good customer service from Jerry and Sam over the years

Nate was very helpful.

My only complaint is, the Company lost track of my payment ..... personal check sent two (2) or more weeks before renewal date. I left several telephone and e-mail messages that went unanswered. Finally, I called Keith Sargls and he resolved the issue for me. All this at the last minute (only days before coverage ended).

Attentive, helpful to provide suggestions when underwriting limited the coverage on the standing rigging. Currently sold the boat. Awaiting refund for remaking term of policy.

Slight delay in removing my captain requirement. I have to say that Rob stayed focused and got the job done.

I have bought my insurance through Novamar for 4-5 yrs now. When Geico dropped us you did find a new underwriter. However, your files did have notes that we are full time cruisers. The agent working with us didn’t know this and tried to put us with an underwriter that questioned the survey. Your office had to switch gears. The new premium was almost double the previous year. This was all last minute. Don’t know if the person handling the file could have gotten us a better deal had he paid more attention to our file and had time to do more research.

It took several calls to different people finally getting a very good rep, Sam Lanteigne. That was the good part. The bad part was having o fill out ALL of the questions that I filled out last year. Why don’t you keep this info on file?? After all I am a returning customer. The forms were identical to past years so it’s not like different companies have different questions….annoying.
